44mm and 58mm badge material is offered in packs of 100 in the selected size. 44mm provides a compact face; 58mm offers more visible area for artwork and text. Check the selected variant for its current price and availability.

Check the mould and paper template

Confirm the finished size, shape, shell and back system, and mould compatibility. Paper cutting dimensions can differ from finished product dimensions because the design may need a wrap allowance. Match the actual template and cutter specification to your exact component system; a matching size label alone does not prove compatibility. The cutter must provide the required paper insert dimensions, which may exceed the finished badge diameter.
