One press for both?
Some models support compatible alternative backs or moulds; others do not. Verify the exact model and components. A separate adhesive magnet accessory is a different workflow.
Cutter and material fit
Confirm the finished size, shape, shell and back system, and mould compatibility. Paper cutting dimensions can differ from finished product dimensions because the design may need a wrap allowance. Match the actual template and cutter specification to your exact component system; a matching size label alone does not prove compatibility.

Include the press, tooling, printer if needed, blank sets, paper, ink, test pieces, labour, packaging, payment or marketplace charges and delivery. Gross sales minus raw material is not net profit, and no fixed production speed or payback period is promised. Build separate delivered quotations accounting for equipment already owned.

Make samples, quote to a narrow audience and record completed-job time and paid orders. Expand only when actual requests justify more tooling and consumable stock.
